  • How do I place an order?
    We try to make ordering from our website as easy as possible. You will find how to order from different collections here. If you're still struggling with placing an order, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Depending on whether your items are made to order or ready to ship will determine the processing time. All orders will be processed in accordance to our standard turnaround time and shipped via your chosen delivery method. (Turnaround + Delivery = Estimated delivery date) Our standard processing and turnaround time scale for made to order items is up to 10 working days. Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 2 working days and shipped via your chosen shipping method. ​Orders that include ready to ship and made to order items will be sent together within 10 working days. (If you wish to have them shipped separately you will need to place separate orders) Our delivery times and shipping costs are as follows:​ UK Tracked 24 Delivery – 1-2 working days from dispatch (£4.50) UK Tracked 48 Delivery – 2-3 working days from dispatch (£3.50) UK Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm Mon-Fri) - By 1pm next working day after dispatch (£8.50) UK Priority Delivery – Fast Track + Next Day Delivery (£24.95) International Standard Delivery – subject to country (price will display at checkout). Priority Delivery will fast track your order. It will be made within 5 working days and shipped using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service. If you do require your item quickly, please contact us with the date you need it by before you place your order
  • How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
    Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the dispatch information.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    As we provide a made to order service, any changes or cancellation requests for made to order items must be made within the cancellation periods shown below: Cancellations for STANDARD orders may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order Cancellations for PRIORITY orders may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order Requests to cancel or amend your order after these times cannot be considered as we will have started working on your order. Changes or cancellations for ready to ship items may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order as we aim to ship these items as soon as possible. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. Only genuine requests made to our email address will be considered.
  • I have received my order but it doesn't fit, what can I do?
    We're sorry to hear that your item doesn't fit! If your item was made to order or customised, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to being made specifically to your requirements. However if your item doesn't fit, we do offer alterations. If your item was ready to ship and it doesn't fit, you will be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. Alternatively, we can alter the item if preferred. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise alterations or a return. (Mystery Lucky Dip packages are final sale only! They are not eligible to be returned unless faulty) More information on returns can be found here.
  • I wish to return my order, how do I do this?
    We hope you love your order but if you don't and your item is eligible for a return, you will be offered a refund, exchange or credit note. Please note that only ready to ship items are returnable. Made to order items cannot be returned due to being made specifically to your requirements. You may return or exchange any eligible items as long as they meet the following conditions: - All returns must be in a condition free from signs of being worn, used or washed. - All items must be in original packing with tags attached - Items must be free from make up stains, marks & perfume - Items must be in the same condition as sent. They must not have been altered or customised in any way Only genuine requests for returns will be considered. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and it will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. If you wish to return your eligible items, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, reason for returning and whether you wish to receive a refund, exchange or credit note within your enquiry. Any enquires made after 7 days will not be eligible and will not be considered.
  • How do I order a custom design?
    If you would like to order a custom design, please fill out the form on our custom made page and our design team will get back to you. You can find more information regarding custom designs there too. Please note - the turnaround time and pricing for custom pieces is subject to each design so please bare this in mind and order in plenty of time. If you need your item in a hurry, please state this within your enquiry so that our team can inform you of the turnaround time within your quote.
  • I want to order an item from social media but I can't find it on your website?
    Most products posted to Instagram etc will be named in their captions. If the product has not been named or linked, it could be for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, we share pictures of custom designs which means that they aren't listed on the website. Please contact us and forward us the picture so we can advise you further.
  • I want to order but I need it quickly, is this possible?
    If your item is made to order, the standard turnaround time is up to 10 working days however we do offer a fast track service which includes a turnaround time of up to 5 working days. This is subject to a £24.95 fee which includes next day delivery. If you need an item sooner than this, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise you further. Ready to ship items have a turnaround time of up to 2 working days. If your item is ready to ship and you need it the next day, we offer next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. Simply, select UK next day delivery as the delivery method and leave a note saying to dispatch asap in the notes section upon checkout.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, Klarna & Clearpay.
  • Do you offer gift wrap?
    Every order is gift wrapped in tissue and finished with a bow at no extra cost. Gift boxes will be launching shortly. Sign up to our emails at the bottom of the page to be notified when they launch.
  • Do you offer items for wholesale?
    If you would like to stock any of our designs or speak to us about designing a collection specifically for you, please contact us with the following information and our team will advise you further.   • What is the difference between full brief, mid brief and thong?
    For our swimwear we offer 3 bottom styles: Full Brief - full coverage, covers your full bum cheek Mid Brief - medium coverage, covers half of your bum cheek Thong - minimum/no bum cheek coverage Please see our size guide for more pictures and information.
  • What is the difference between high rise and mid rise?
    We offer two different leg styles for swimwear. 'Mid rise' & 'high rise' refers to where the cut of the leg finishes. Mid Rise - finishes over your hip for maximum coverage High Rise - finishes above your hip for less coverage Please see our size guide for pictures and guidance.
  • What is high waist vs standard waist?
    This refers to where bottoms sit on your waist. Standard Waist - finishes just above your hip, underneath your belly button High Waist - finishes on your waist, above or on your belly button Please refer to our size guide for pictures and guidance.
  • I'm unsure on my measurements, how do I measure them?
    We have created easy step by step instructions so that you can measure yourself at home. Please see how to measure to find out more.
  • Do you have a size guide?
    Our size guide is made to ensure the clothing you order is the right size and fit for you. Simply compare your measurements to the chart to find your size. Not sure on your measurements? We have step by step instructions on how to measure yourself here
  • I am between sizes, what size should I order?
    If you are between sizes on our size guide, simply round to the nearest size e.g. if you are a 40″ bust, round down to a size 14 (Medium) or if you are a 41″, then round up to a 16 (Large). These measurements are based on a regular fit. If you prefer a tighter or looser fit, please adjust the sizes accordingly. Our garments are true to size and as a guide, in most cases our customers order the size they would purchase on the high street. Alternatively, simply add your bust, waist, hip and height measurements to the notes on the product page before ordering so we can make it to your specific size. For any queries, contact us.
  • How do I care for my item?
    To keep your garments in great condition, we recommend you take care of them by following our care instructions. Care advice varies for items based on the fabric they're made from. Please find the relevant fabric within our care guide to see how to best care for your item. If you're unsure, we'd recommending hand washing and air drying just to be sure.
  • I would like to add sleeves and change the neckline of your styles, can I do this?
    Yes, if you item is made to order, you can customise the style to best suit you. Unfortunately we are unable alter ready to ship items as they are already made. To enquire about an alteration to a design, please contact us with your requests before placing your order and our team will advise you further.
  • I require a print/colour that isn't on your website, can I request it?
    If you would like a design made in a different fabric to what we have on our website, please contact us as we have many colours and prints in our stock room that aren't listed. If we don't stock what you would like we can source it for you. (Please note - sourcing additional fabric may be subject to extra costs and longer turnaround. Our team will advise you with a quote where applicable)
  • I’d like to see a style in a specific colour/print before ordering, how do I do this?
    As we offer a made to order service and there are so many colours/prints to choose from for each item, we do not have all items made up in every colour or print. However, if you check our social media pages and our customers page, you will find more pictures of products made up in different colours and prints. If you still aren’t satisfied, contact us and we will do our best to help you.
  • I would like to order matching sets for my family, is this possible?
    We currently make matching his/hers as well as mum/mini me sets however they are not currently listed on our website as these are custom made orders. Please fill out our custom made form to enquire about matching sets.
  • What is a mystery lucky dip package?
    Mystery lucky dip packages contain various ready to wear items in your chosen size and are worth more than the RRP value. Our lucky dips are complete surprises therefore you won't know what you're getting but we can take colour, print and style requests. This is a great way to purchase exclusive, one off items at a discounted price! No two packages will be the same! If you purchase more than one package, they will have different items in. Treat yourself or gift to a friend, they make a lovely present! You can purchase them here.
  • Can I purchase a gift voucher?
    We currently offer gift vouchers in the following tenders: £10, £20, £30, £40, £50, £100, £150, £200. They can be redeemed against everything on the website including sale items. Once purchased, you will receive a gift voucher with a branded envelope in the post. If you wish to gift the voucher to a loved one, we can send a blank branded envelope or send directly to the recipient. Simply leave the recipients name and address in the notes section on the product page. (If left blank, we will ship to the standard shipping address on the order) Gift vouchers can be purchased here.
