Returns & Cancellations


Made to order items or items that have been customised are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged

All made to order items are handmade specifically to your requirements, which means we cannot accept returns unless faulty. If we deem your product to be faulty, we will repair or replace the item. 

Ready to ship items are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

Due to hygiene laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges on bikinis, swimsuits & bodysuits or earrings unless faulty.

If deemed faulty, they are eligible to be repaired or replaced only!

Mystery Lucky Dip packages and Sample sale items are final sale only! They are not eligible to be returned unless faulty.

If you wish to return your item or inform us about a faulty product, you must contact us within days of receiving your product.

Any enquires after this time will not be eligible and will not be considered.

Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes:

We hope you love with your order but if you don't and your item is eligible for a return, you will be offered a refund, exchange or credit note.

You may return or exchange any eligible items as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • All returns must be in a condition free from signs of being worn, used or washed.

  • All items must be in original packing with tags attached

  • Items must be free from make up stains, marks & perfume

  • Items must be in the same condition as sent. They must not have been altered or customised in any way.


Only genuine requests for returns will be considered.

If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you and it will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

If you wish to return your eligible items, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, reason for returning and whether you wish to receive a refund, exchange or credit note within your enquiry.

Any enquires made after 7 days will not be eligible and will not be considered.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returning item. You will be refunded the total amount minus the delivery cost.

Exchanges will be sent once we receive the returning item and new postage has been purchased. We do not cover the postage costs for exchanging items, it is up to the customer to ensure new postage is purchased before we ship your exchange. 

Credit notes will be sent to your email when we receive the returning item. You will receive a unique code totalling the value of your returning items. This is valid for 6 months only. Please note -  if you have not used your credit within this time, your code will become invalid and the credit will be lost. In no circumstances will expiration dates be extended nor will change be given if the full amount is not used.


As we provide a made to order service, any cancellation requests for made to order items must be made within the cancellation periods shown below:

Cancellations for STANDARD orders may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

Cancellations for PRIORITY orders may be requested within 1 Hour of placing your order

Requests to cancel or amend your order after these times cannot be considered as we will have started working on your order. 

Cancellations for ready to ship items may be requested within 1 hour of placing your order as we aim to ship these items as soon as possible.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.

Only genuine requests made to our email address will be considered.
