How To Order

We try to make ordering from our website as easy as possible. You will find how to place an order below:

For made to order items:

(These items are handmade to your specified size and custom requirements in our studio)

  • Select your item from the made to order section of our website

  • Select your size or input your measurements

  • Choose your desired colour from the options (if applicable)

  • Customise the design options to have the item made exactly how you want

  •  Add item to basket, select your desired shipping method and checkout as normal 

 

Place any additional information you think we need to know in order to fulfil your order in the notes section upon checkout.

If you have any design customisation requests i.e changing the neckline or adding extras etc, please contact us before placing your order.

Once you have checked out and your order has been placed, you will receive an order number and email confirmation.

Your order will be made to your requirements within 10 working days and dispatched using your chosen delivery method.

​

If you need your order more quickly, please select priority shipping as your delivery method.

Your order will then be made and dispatched within 5 working days.

​

Please note there is a premium charge for this as we need to fast track your order.

If your order is needed for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

For ready to ship items:

(These are pre made items that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. They cannot be customised or altered)

  • Select your item from the ready to ship section of our website

  • Select your size (if applicable)

  • Add item to basket, select your desired shipping method and checkout as normal

​

Once you have checked out and your order has been placed, you will receive an order number and email confirmation.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via your chosen delivery method.

For custom made items:

(These are custom designs that are tailored to your requirements and handmade in our studio)

To enquire about a custom item, please fill out our custom made form. Alternatively send us an email.

​

You will be able to purchase your custom item once our team have created a custom link for you.

When you receive your custom link:

​

  • Check the information is correct on the listing

  • Customise the options (if applicable)

  • Add item to basket, select your desired shipping method and checkout as normal

​

  Once you have checked out and your order has been placed, you will receive an order number and email confirmation.

Your order will be made to your requirements within the timeframe stated within your quote and dispatched via your chosen delivery method.

​

Please note - custom made items are subject to individual turnaround times.

You will receive a delivery estimate within your quote before you place your order.

If you need your item for a specific date, state this within your enquiry.

 For 'handpicked by Emma Rose' items:

(These items are not handmade by us but handpicked by our stylists and available for immediate dispatch)

  • Select your item from the 'handpicked by Emma Rose' section of our website

  • Select your size (if applicable)

  • Choose your colour (if applicable)

  • Add item to basket, select your desired shipping method and checkout as normal

​

Once you have checked out and your order has been placed, you will receive an order number and email confirmation. 

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days via your chosen delivery method.

Orders that include ready to ship and made to order items will be sent together within 10 working days.

If you wish to have them shipped separately you will need to place separate orders.
