Orders & Cancellations

  • All orders must be paid in FULL before we process or dispatch your order.

  • All items are made to the sizes specified on your order; therefore, we cannot be held responsible if you have selected the incorrect size or if you have provided us with incorrect measurements.

  • We are unable to cancel orders that we have already started working on. If you need to cancel, please do so within the timeframe stated here.

  • Cancellations will only be issued if we deem your reason to be legitimate. Contact us quoting your order number to request a cancellation/refund.

  • Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been placed. However, in some cases we can consider changes if written to within the cancellation period.

  • Processing time will vary depending upon demand at the time. We will dispatch your order within the time frame specified on your order confirmation, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by suppliers or during shipping.

  • Whilst we endeavour to fulfil requests for specific dates, we can only guarantee that your order will be processed within the time frame stated within your order + your chosen delivery method.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays that we may experience from suppliers whilst processing your order. If this happens, we will contact you to give you an updated delivery date. 

  • We may suspend/cancel an order if we experience technical problems or delays from suppliers. If we do this, you will receive a full refund or the option to exchange.

  • In some cases, a deposit is required for custom orders to cover fabric sample costs and time spent sourcing additional fabrics. If you are required to pay a deposit, it is non refundable and will be taken off the total price if you proceed with ordering.

  • For custom orders, although we endeavour to obtain all the information needed before you place the order, there may be occasions where we need additional information once we have started on your order. If you fail to respond to our request, we will place your order on hold until you respond.

  • If you select to have your item made to measure and do not add measurements, we will put your order on hold and contact you. Your order will remain held and unfulfilled until we hear back from you.

  • If we place your order on hold whilst waiting for you to contact us, we cannot be held responsible if the processing time exceeds your estimated delivery date. A refund or exchange will not be given.

  • The ordering of a custom design will not preclude us from selling the same or similar items on the site.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any wear or damage to metal finishing’s or embellishments if care advice has not been followed. Please find advice on how to care for your items here

  • We cannot be held responsible for any wear and tear to fabrics if care advice has not been followed. Foiled fabrics may crack if stretched excessively.

  • Coupon codes and gift vouchers are only valid until expiration date. In no circumstances will expiration dates be extended

  • Mystery Lucky Dip orders are subject to availability. We try our best to meet your requests but we cannot guarantee you will receive what you request. It is a lucky dip therefore a surprise.

  • Mystery Lucky Dips are final sale only, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Delivery

  • ​ All items are sent using the shipping method you have selected. We cannot be held responsible for items after they have been shipped. We hold no responsibility for items that are lost, damaged or made faulty during shipping. (Please note we retain a proof of postage).

 

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders arriving on your doorstep or if you miss your delivery. If you miss delivery attempts your parcel will be sent back to us. You will then have to organise redelivery.

 

  • We cannot be held responsible if you have chosen the incorrect shipping method and need it sooner. If this is the case, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange alternative delivery.

  • Making changes to your delivery method is only possible if your order hasn’t already been shipped

  • If you wish to change your delivery, you will be liable to pay the extra shipping costs.

  • You will be eligible for free UK Tracked 48 hour delivery only when you spend over £100.

Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested by our contact page or email and must be requested within the time frame stated under our Returns & Cancellations policy. (Requests made on social media will not be considered)

  • ​We do not accept returns on made to order items unless faulty. Refunds will only be given on made to order items if we deem your product to be faulty. Replacements and repairs will be offered if your product is faulty. Alterations will be offered if your item does not fit.

  • Made to order items cannot be exchanged as they have been made specifically for you. They are eligible for alterations only

  • Only ready to ship items are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

  • Due to hygiene laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges on ready to ship briefs, thongs or sets including bikinis and swimsuits. 

  • All returnable items must be in a condition free from signs of being worn or used to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • All items must be washed and/or in a clean state prior to returning for alterations.

  • We do not offer alterations for our items that have been altered/repaired by anyone other than us. Orders that have been altered or repaired by others will no longer be liable for alterations.

  • Alterations may be subject to additional costs

  • You are solely responsible for covering the shipping costs of return items.

  • We cannot be held responsible for returning items during the shipping process.

  • If you’re offered a refund, you will be refunded the amount you paid minus the delivery cost.

  • ​ If you are offered an exchange, you will be sent the new item once we receive the returning item. (Dispatch time can vary depending on the item being exchanged)

  • If you are offered a credit note, you will be emailed a unique code that is valid for 6 months only. In no circumstances will expiration dates be extended.

 

Payments

  • All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified as soon as possible, and your order will NOT be placed.

 

  • All purchases made through Clearpay means that you are liable to pay the outstanding amount to them. We are not responsible for your contract with Clearpay.

 

  • Clearpay purchases are subject to validation and checks. If they refuse to or do not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified as soon as possible, and your order will NOT be placed. Another method of payment will need to be made for your order to be placed.

  • All purchases made through Klarna means that you are liable to pay the outstanding amount to them. We are not responsible for your contract with Klarna.

  • Klarna purchases are subject to validation and checks. If they refuse to or do not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified as soon as possible, and your order will NOT be placed. Another method of payment will need to be made for your order to be placed.

  • In some cases we offer personal payment plans, if this is the case your item will not be shipped until payment is made in FULL.
