Our standard processing and turnaround time scale for made to order items is up to 10 working days.

Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 2 working days and shipped via your chosen shipping method.

All items clearly state which category they are in their product description.

Made to order items are handmade in our studio and can to be customised.

Ready to ship items are pre made and in stock ready to be shipped.

Orders that include ready to ship and made to order items will be sent together within 10 working days.

If you wish to have them shipped separately you will need to place separate orders.

Our delivery times and shipping costs are as follows:

​

• UK Tracked 24 Delivery – 1-2 working days from dispatch (£4.50)

• UK Tracked 48 Delivery – 2-3 working days from dispatch (£3.50)

• UK Next Day Delivery (order by 1pm Mon-Fri) - By 1pm next working day after dispatch (£8.50)

• UK Priority Delivery – Fast Track + Next Day Delivery (£24.95)

• International Standard Delivery – subject to country (price will display at checkout).

Priority Delivery will fast track your order. It will be made within 5 working days and shipped using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery Service.

If you do require your item quickly, please contact us with the date you need it by before you place your order.

If you place a priority order and it cannot be fulfilled within the timeframe stated, you will be notified and refunded in full.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international priority delivery due to the turnaround time and shipping/customs.
